The RAP-119NBU consists of the RAM-TUBE™ Umbrella holder and single open socket with a 1.5″ RAM rubber ball base. Offering the patented RAM rubber ball and socket feature, you can rotate the umbrella holder 360 degrees, while tilting the cradle forward and back for the optimum angle. The RAM-TUBE™ tube holder integrates the patented rubber ball and socket design with a self draining and quick to access tube for the butt of most any umbrella handle. The tube is made of extremely durable composite.
