We have high standards for creating a good customer experience!

In the event that was not your experience, we would like to know the details of why you were not satisfied. 

I want to state again, we sincerely hope your experience was good, but if it was not, we want to know why, so that we can prevent this from  occurring again. 

No company is perfect, but we strive for you to walk away from the sale, with a perceived value.                                                                                                                               We offer the longest and most customer friendly Exchange & Return Policy in the industry.

If you are not satisfied, you may exchange or return it. Email info@perceptivegolfing.com to begin the process.

Your purchase must be in the original condition and packaging {including any parts, manuals, all packaging protection (Styrofoam, plastic, cardboard), etc} and could not have been used.

Every manufacturer varies in it's exchange or return policy.  

Within Perceptive Golfing, we allow you to exchange or return the product, but based on the product, the manufacturer may have different guidelines. Depending on the condition of the product upon it's arrival, the return is subject to 10%-20% return fees.

All manufacturers Exchange/Return Policies override that of Perceptive Golfing.

RETURN POLICY – BAT CADDY

Bat-Caddy products that are purchased directly from Bat-Caddy by a Customer may be returned by Customer in accordance with Bat-Caddy's "Return Policy" in effect on the date of the invoice. Unused items in new condition and in original packaging only may be returned for full credit within 30 days of receipt of product, excluding shipping and handling charges. Customer is fully responsible for two way shipping cost of returned items. Please contact us at 1-888-669-6740 or batcaddy@batcaddy.com with an order number and reason for the return before shipping the item back. All returns must have an assigned Return Authorization number (usually the original order number) clearly written on the outside label to be accepted. NOTE: products that have been purchased through one of our authorized independent dealers must be returned according to that dealer's respective return policy. This particular Authorized Dealer is Perceptive Golfing. Please contact them directly at 800-852-3144 or email them at customerservice@perceptivegolfing.com. An email is required with your Order Number, First & Last Name on the Order, and a Reason for the Exchange/Return to Perceptive Golfing to begin the process. Refunds can only be issued by that dealer, because Bat-Caddy has no original financial transaction for such purchases with the customer. Such returns must have a dealer RA authorization which has been communicated to Bat-Caddy before a return shipping is being initiated and accepted by Bat-Caddy. It is recommended that you insure the item before returning it. For returns after the initial return period and used caddies for up to 30 days after the original purchase date a restocking charge of 20-25% of the original purchase price (depending on condition), excl. shipping & handling charges applies. Customer is fully responsible to cover original and return shipping and insurance charges. Product must be returned in its original packaging, including Styrofoam cushioning to protect from transportation damage. Charges for the supply of replacement packaging will apply. Return acceptance after 30 days after the original purchase date are at Bat-Caddy's sole discretion and subject to depreciation fees assessed by Bat-Caddy's technical staff.

 

EXCHANGES – BAT CADDY

From time to time, Bat-Caddy may, in its sole discretion, exchange products or portions of a product. Any exchanges will be made in accordance with Bat-Caddy's exchange policies in effect on the date of purchase.

 

 

RETURNS -  GARMIN  

Please note, merchandise in its original condition may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Opened software, downloadable items and custom products are nonrefundable. A Return Authorization is required for all returns, which can be obtained from your Authorized Dealer. You can contact them directly at support@perceptivegolfing.com. Please make sure to include all details from your invoice: Name, Order Number, & Date of Delivery. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

 

RETURNS - MGI

You should contact your Authorized Dealer, in this instance Perceptive Golfing,  for specifics on your individual order. We will communicate directly with them, so it is best to speak with them about your order for less confusion. You can contact them directly at support@perceptivegolfing.com. Perceptive Golfing is in a much better position to provide you all the details you will need for your order, because this is where you made the purchase.

Return Policy

Within 30 days of purchase, if a customer has a change of mind the product can be returned only MGI providing:

  • The cart is completely unused and brand new 
  • It is in original packaging 
  • The owner pays the return freight
  • A return authority is obtained from salesusa@mgigolf.com 

Within 30 days of purchase, the owners can return a used product. This is providing:

  • It is in the original packaging 
  • The owner pays the return freight
  • 30% restocking fee applies [of the full retail price]

As part of our strong commitment to our customers, MGI offers free delivery on warranty spare parts and comprehensive DIY videos that can be found in our FAQS. In certain circumstances, authority will be given to send the cart to our preferred service center for repair, freight free. The cart must be sent in its original carton to be accepted.

 

 

EXCHANGES/RETURNS - NOVACADDY

All sales are final after 30 Days.  No Return after 30 Days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are the NUMBER ONE priority of our service, and we make every effort to ensure your shopping experience is a great one. If you want to return item for replacement or refund, you may request an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) through email us.

Items must be returned to the address shown on the RMA instructions you will receive by email. No Refunds will be processed for items returned without an RMA number.

30 Days money back guarantee only applies on the item price.

Any presumed defective units must contact seller before return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service.novacaddy@oneontarget.com to get RMA# and send your item to:

Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY - BAG BOY 
If you would like to return a product purchased from our online store, please contact customer service at 1-800-955-2269 to request a return authorization number.

Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt in new, unused condition.

Returns will be credited for the product only and are subject to a 15% restocking fee as well as the cost of returned shipping.


If you purchased from one of our Authorized Dealers, like Perceptive Golfing, you have to contact them directly for any refunds. Any refunds/exchanges can only be processed via the original place of purchase. In the email please provide: Name, Order#, Reason for Return/Exchange
