Exchanges/Returns

In the event that was not your experience, we would like to know the details of why you were not satisfied. 

I want to state again, we sincerely hope your experience was good, but if it was not, we want to know why, so that we can prevent this from  occurring again.

Your purchase must be in the original condition and packaging {including any parts, manuals, all packaging protection (Styrofoam, plastic, cardboard), etc} and could not have been used.

Every manufacturer varies in it's exchange or return policy.  

Within PG, we allow you to exchange or return the product, but based on the product, the manufacturer may have different guidelines. All manufacturer exchange/return policies override that of PG.
