WHAT CAN BE EXCHANGED?

 If a product is current, it can be exchanged, within 30 days. This is the most customer friendly policy in the industry

 If it is a special item, such as: a floor model, a discontinued item, Clearance, etc. These items are not eligible to be exchanged.

 Upon purchase, the category your item falls into will be clearly defined.

IF I USED A COUPON UPON PURCHASING, 

      CAN I GET THE COUPON BACK OR CAN I TRANSFER THE COUPON?

 The coupon you used applied to the product you were purchasing, at that time.

 Unfortunately, you may not use those coupon savings to apply to another product you are interested in, or interested in exchanging to.

 

MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED TO ME VIA ONE OF YOUR PARTNERS

WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN THE PRODUCT?

At PG, we allow you to exchange or return an item, within 30 days.

 Some manufacturers, because of the difficult shipping process or our purchase from them came with stipulations, etc. The manufacturer may not allow you to exchange or return their product.

 Because some of our products are internationally imported, it is common for those manufacturers to not allow exchanges or returns.

 Refer back to your receipt. Your receipt should further explain if you can exchange or return the item.

 

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS NOT PERFORMING THE WAY IT IS DESIGNED TO?

 We sincerely apologize. We took an enormous amount of time and we were very selective (which is why we do not have a big assortment, like the other websites), to make sure we were partnering with the best manufacturers in the industry. Only award winning products are allowed on our website. 

Although it is a disappointment to PG that your product is not right, we will partner closely with you to get a resolution.  If you notice that the product is under performing, please do not wait to bring it to our attention. There are time constraints on us being able to speak on your behalf, directly to the manufacturer.

 We would definitely want to make sure you have enough time to have the product replaced & have ample time for it to be tested, prior to your exchange or refund policy expiring.
