Thank you for visiting and shopping with Perceptive Golfing​ . Please review the following for the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Suppliers usually offer different shipping methods to ship their products to customers. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

 ORDER CONFIRMATION: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5-7 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

ORDER SHIPMENT: If your order is stock and we process the charges to your payment, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Keep in mind, it can EASILY take your payment provider 2-3 business days to deposit the money into our account. If you are able, & need the quickest delivery option, use PAYPAL as your form of Payment. PAYPAL deposits the money into retailers accounts faster than any other Payment Provider, which results in us being able to ship the product to you days earlier. Until we get confirmation of the deposited funds, we cannot send merchandise out of the warehouse. DAMAGES: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

MANUFACTURERS: Every manufacturer has different Shipping Policies & Shipping Deadlines. If your payment provider takes 2 or 3 business days to deposit the money, that will definitely cause delays in your shipment. The quickest way to get your shipment is to pay with PAYPAL. PAYPAL deposits the money into retailers accounts faster than any other Payment Provider, which results in us being able to ship the product to you days earlier.



Shipment processing time

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Please keep in mind that your payment provider (Visa, Amex, etc.) generally takes 1-2 business days to deposit the payment to the retailer. For example, if you place an order on our site on Friday, it could easily be Tuesday before your institution (bank, credit card company, etc.) actually puts the funds into our account. As soon as the funds are deposited, the order for your product is placed with the supplier.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 


Customs, Duties and Taxes

Perceptive Golfing​ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).



 Perceptive Golfing​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

 If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.





Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, & International destinations are available. Because of very strict Federal laws, we are prohibited from delivering caddies with the batteries; both SLA & Lithium batteries. We normally ship caddies to many locations not close to the U.S., that arrive without the battery. Please email us at for specific details. Most customers are aware of the law prohibiting air flight of batteries from the U.S. to another country, but just in case we wanted to make you aware now.




Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number(s) via email when your order is shipped.  Once your shipment(s) has been scanned by the shipping provider at the local hub, you can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation to track the progress of your shipment.

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are shipped every business day (Monday-Friday excluding holidays). All in stock Standard orders will be shipped within 4-5 business days following credit card authorization and verification. Exceptions to this include orders that are placed on Friday after 12:00 PM CT, over a weekend or on a holiday, as well as any order requiring special handling such as custom options (length/lie angle adjustments or custom shafts/grips, etc.).

Any order shipping to a freight forwarding service may be held for up to 72 hours as a fraud prevention measure. We appreciate your patience

Depending on the shipping service provider for your order, a package may be left without a signature at the discretion of the shipping service provider. Callaway Golf can do nothing to prevent this from occurring.

Orders will typically arrive within 4-7 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) following receipt of shipping confirmation email – the scheduled delivery date will be outlined within your shipment confirmation email.


Expedited Shipping

All in-stock, non-customized, standard orders shipping via UPS Expedited ordered prior to 12:00 pm UTC 4 will ship the same day. Customized orders, and orders with items that are currently backordered that are being shipped via UPS Expedited will ship upon completion or receipt of backordered items.

  • UPS Standard Canada – 5-7 day delivery
  • UPS Expedited Canada – 1-3 day delivery


Shipping Problems

While not common, shipping problems can occur. If you have a problem with your order that is related to shipping, please contact the fulfillment partner included in your shipping confirmation email or call us toll free at 1-800-299-4655.

If you have not received your shipment within the expected delivery time, or if the shipment has been delivered but is not in your possession, please have your order number ready and call us toll free at 1-800-299-4655.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please do not open the box or remove any of the packaging materials. A Sales and Customer Service Representative with Callaway Golf or our fulfillment partners will have to process a damage claim with the shipping provider, have the damaged merchandise picked up from your location and give you further instructions to receive a replacement.



United States (standard shipping within the continental U.S. will include via UPS Ground, or other similar service)

HAWAII, ALASKA, & INTERNATIONAL: Shipments can be made via a mutually agreed carrier & at the expense of the customer. 

Special delivery instructions can be made at the time of the order, however, USPS is not obligated to honor any instructions related to date, time, or location. All shipments exceeding $200 in value, will require a signature. The shipment can be rerouted or held at the carriers terminal for pick up, but Bat Caddy will not be held responsible for additional shipping cost or return shipping. Bat Caddy LLC, is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur if the signature requirement has been waived by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL: Email for accurate shipping quotations. 

The standard shipping service is Expedited Parcel.

For the U.S., the typical service time is 7-13 business days. For Canada, the typical service time is 2-8 business days.

We are located in Toronto, Canada. We use our own carrier to cross the border, clear U.S. customs, & ship USPS from Niagara Falls, NY. It will save our customers at customs duty, lower shipping & handling fee charge, and receive your order faster. Delivery may take 1-2 days delay than standard delivery time of USPS.

The estimated delivery time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit from the carrier. This can range from 24hrs - 10days for in-stock items. International shipments can easily take longer.



Ships within the U.S.& U.S. territories,

   Including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, & the U.S. Virgin Islands 

INTERNATIONALLY: Canada & Mexico, but not to other international locations

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

International: Customs and import duties may be applied to International Orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the receipt of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs Office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Spin It Golf Products, LLC is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Returns: Any returns must be approved by Spin It Golf Products, LLC. Buyer must pay return shipping costs.

Electric carts and Electric Items are not returnable.
