What can be exchanged answer

If a product is current, it can be exchanged, within 16 days. This is the most customer friendly policy in the industry

 If it is a special item, such as: a floor model, a discontinued item, Clearance, etc. These items are not eligible to be exchanged.

 Upon purchase, the category your item falls into will be clearly defined.
